Replace HID Bulbs/Aim Lights

Replace HID Bulbs/Aim Lights
I got a new set of 6000k D2S bulbs and plan on replacing them tomorrow. And I had a question about changing them, do I need to disconnect the battery before changing them? If so what besides the radio code will be reset that I should keep in mind? And final question, is it better to remove the entire headlight assembly or try and go in from the back like on the high-beams?

I would disconnect the battery just in case you dont wanna blow a fuse. Just go from the back if you have a 1 piece headlight. But if its a 2 and you an get it out then go for it.

Ok, then I don't think I need to disconnect the battery. I just thought that since they are such high voltage I might but doesn't sound like I need to.
Still wondering, should I remove the whole headlight assembly or is it easy enough to do from the back?

i warn you, it's tight back there especially on the driver's side if your setup looks like mine. i posted pix of my install. very detailed ones. but if you have uniquely smart hands like mine you'll be fine. just be patient

Wow, you weren't kidding about being tight. The driver's side wasn't too bad but the passenger was ridiculous. Now I just have to re-align them. Do I just do that by turning the little white adjustment ****?
