Agreed. Since I've been spoiled by good sound, I didn't even notice the Audi subwoofer. I replaced all interiors with Alpine S series and put two 600 watt 10" subs in the back. I have pics around here somewhere.

Put up those pics Joey, that would be cool.
I have the bose setup in the 98 2.8 that I bought a few months ago and it's given me grief since day once. Some speakers don't work, the front passenger door one is starting to buzz. Think I'm just gonna toss the whole setup and go aftermarket. Would like to add an Infinity basslink in the back.

There's no point to pictures of the interior, they look the same although the fronts were custom cut and fitted behind the panels. I posted the pic of my subs before but here it is again:
I have to admit, the Audi is built much sturdier than my last Cougars. I had these subs in my last Cougar and it would make the dashboard defroster vents pop out, the windows shake, and the mirrors move. Of course, the Audi's larger interior, and the fact that I can roll down four windows and a sunroof, means some of the bass gets lost. Also, the sub is farther away, so you hear it less in the driver's seat, although if you stick your head in the trunk it's unbearably loud.
