Default Resonated vs. NON-Resonated

Just wanted to see what people think. I know I'm going to get a Milltek exhaust system but I'm still debating between resonated or not.. lil help? Has anyone heard both of them? Is the resonated really quiet? Or is the NON-Resonated really loud?

not true. I dont have a resonator and it sounds great. It is a LITTLE louder but it also deepened the tone of it. Although im running a custome 2.5 into a magnaflow so it may sound different on a milltek.

are you sure it doesn't have that wonderful fart sound that F&F drivers love?? i've only heard two audis without resonators, and they both had a horrible cackling sound at high rpms...are you heavily modified?

I have resonated....I think it sounds great....pretty quite at idle...nice deep tone at wot...slightly noticible while cruzing, but note annoying.

Well I def want to stay away from farting and crackling sounds, looks like resonated is the way to go. Thanks

So another question just popped into my head...

Does an after market exhaust sound good without a chip? Or does it sound the same either way?

I have the Milltek resonated system. It growls(distinctly) when you step on it and its barely noticeable at higher speeds. I would definetly suggest going with the resonated system.
