That first pic is of the OEM Nav unit.

I am not sure on this but I think there is a way of retro-fitting it into a B5.

i have an 03 1.8 A4 -

so basically I'd have to move the radio down?

All the tutorials you need are on navplus as far as I know. Probably need a new radio cage.

nm it replaces the entire radio - and some of them are plug and play ... which seller do you recommend

what nav is thta. I've seen those 2 - the ones u have is whats on navplus and then the one there. that one keeps the cd slot

That is the old RNS-D navigation system. It's basically crap compared to the RNS-E which comes with current new Audi's.

o okay - well the only thing I like is that the CD slot in that one is still above the thing instead of having to slide down the screen

isn't it a hassle when u want to load cds?
