Yes it depends what offset they are, and how low your suspension is. You have a b5? We need more details.

they are 35mm offset right now i have stock sport suspension( i think) but i was thinking about coilovers in the future

Thats a good thing about coilovers, you can adjust em to a point somewhere between rubbing and not.

what should i do about 9.5" rims rubbing the rear fender with a 275 size tire? get a smaller tire? could i actually pull out the stock fenders? i dont know help
