Redo the throttle body adjustment.
Clear the codes.
Turn the car to "on", do not touch the accelerator. After 20 minutes, turn the car off and restart. See if the problem is gone with a TBA.

P1545 is throttle body controller malfunction code.

cant help with that code but it sounds like you upset the throttle control TP sensor when you disconnected the battery ( the engine would have shut down while the throttle flap was open and when you restarted the engine this would be recorded in the ECU so you need to rest the closed throttle position as the other guys have said ( I only give serious answers ),

If you have a reader, clear the code and then do TBA without disconnecting the ECU.

If you don't have a reader, then disconnect the ECU for 30 minutes, reconnect then do the TBA. If that fails, check the wiring. If you are mechanically inclined, I have instructions for checking the wiring.

seriously i wasnt driving fast...maybe like 1 month ago that i hit the limiter and thats it...I was in the garage of my home what i accidently disconnected the battery when the ignition was on "on" but the motor wasnt running...like i know i screwed something up...but i want to the exactly what?

Let me tell you what i tried: 3 different method of the TBA and also I drove it 1 mile to see if it will re-adapt itself*ecu( the whole time i drove it, it would not let me go pass 20 miles per hour...if it hits 3000rpm it will just go back down to 400rpm all by itself)...
