ya next time get coilovers

 

Left side is the gas tank right? Probably explains why it's lower on the left than the right in the back.

 

Heres what im doing i think its going to majorly kickass. I currently have bilstein sports and tein stechs. Im due to get new shocks in the back im going to do bilsteins again and get the ecs coilover conversion kit they have and set it down a tad bit more like i said before its kinda hiked and its getting on my nerves but thats the plan not going to do it for a while.

 

1) get a good swaybar
2) stiffen your shocks
3) only run 1/2 tank of gas
4) pull your spare
5) carbon fiber trunklid
6) find out the outer diamiter of your coils and get a spacer from a 4x4 shop for a tad more lift....alot of 4x4 guys run up to 3' lift spacers made from polyurethane they are street legal! They go between the coil and you should find some that will give you a few mm of lift....just enough to stop the rubbing.

 

Uhh.. you didn't see this coming with 9.5" wide wheels?

 

hahaha i was justtttt going to say that. no worries though.. if you LOVE the look.. just don't cram your car full of people. no one is considerate anyways. your backseat will be messed up. haha

 

8.5" wheels and neuspeed RACE springs w/ bilstein shocks...barely clear. havnt tested it with people in the back yet tho. its pretty low, has a real aggressive stance now.

 

There's b6 guys running wider wheels than that. I think the wheels are just the wrong offset for my application. Plus the guy I bought em from said they didn't rub at all. Well he was full of ****. Don't even get me started.

 

i was thinking of putting a set of staggArd 10.5 rears on my b5. What you think?
