there are similar item on uk e-bay for about £1.49 pence.

basically if i can remember they are suposed to go on your air intake regulator and make it stay open fully all year round.

keeping a higher flow of air and pushing more fuel through because your car thinks it's still cold.

i supose to a certain extend the ideas works but these penny a piece to make chips are a huge rip off.

i bought 1 about 2 years ago for a mk1 vw golf gti convertable i had.....

and trust me they dont work i just through it in the bin,..but then again i only paid £1.49p for mine.
