Seized the engine?

* Please no flaming * I know what I did was completely idiotic and stupid.

Alright, so I was going too fast over this bridge that had a steep dropoff and uneven road at the bottom. I bottomed out real hard, and busted the oil pan and was leaking oil, I continued driving hoping to make it home. (SO DUMB I KNOW) So, .5 mile from my house the car stalls, and now the engine wont turn over. Its a B6 A4 2002 Automatic. What are my options and what am I looking at as far as prices. Of course I will not be taking it to Audi for this.

Ouch - you gambled and lost. If you cut your arm off would you try and run on foot to the hospital hoping you would not bleed to death - or would you call an ambulance!
Did you get overheating warnings as you were driving?

Nope, my oil temp readings didnt go past the center mark, which is why I thought id make it. The only warning that came up the whole time, was the Oil warning. Funny thing is now, when I go out to my car and jus turn the key into the on position and do a check of the car through the ecu, it says everything is OK.

I would get the sockets out and try to turn the crank by hand. If it turns pour oil in it and keep turning it by hand then try to turn it over with a friend. With your friend turning it over by key you do a compression check if all looks good fix your pan and start it up.

Does anyone know the size of the socket needed to do that?

Can't trust an oil temp sensor reading since you have no oil. Like said above - get a wrench on the crank pulley and see if it frees up. If you can get it to turn fix the oil pan with some apoxy type stuff and put oil in it. Then do a compression test. IF but some chance you have any luck left in life it will be fine then you can get the oil pan replaced with a good one - otherwise [:@]
