Default Several Issues With My Car - Please Help!

Okay... I've run into a few issues with my vehicle as of late and before taking it to a mechanic thought I'd bounce it off you very knowledgeable Audi fanatics Here goes...

1. Driver Window
- Seems the pinch protection kicks in when it shouldn't. I use the one-touch up and the driver window rolls all the way up and then comes back down about half-way. I've heard there is a way to reset the pinch protection - how is it done??

2. Fueling up the car when gas tank is near empty some times causes fuel leaks.
- This is a strange one. I'll be near empty, pull up to the gas station, insert the nozzle to fill up my tank and within 2-3 secs of holding the lever down, the gas stops pumping eventhough my tank is still empty - similar to what happens when you've completely filled up the tank except in my case, it's still near-empty - So I press the lever down again and it stops again... try it one more time and it causesa fuel spill with the gas leaking all over the side of my car - It doesn't happen all the time, but enough that it's starting to get annoying. I'll eventually start the car back up, turn off the ignition and start trying to fuel up again and it works.

3. Armrest crackling/squeeking sound when braking/accelerating - driving me nuts!!!
- Whenever the weight of the car shifts to the front (when braking) or shifts to the back (when accelerating), the armrest makes a crackling or creaking sound like you would get with the movement of two plastic pieces rubbing against eachother or something of that nature. I've narrowed it down to the armrest and love the armrest (As opposed to a lot of people on here), but need to find a way to resolve this - any suggestions?

4. ESP / ABS light will come on every now and then but disappear once I've turned the car off and restart it. I can't figure this one out... Brakes seem fine but as mentioned, there are times when it'll just light up out of the blue and the only way to get it to disappear is to turn the car off, and restart it and it may not show up again for weeks.

5. Bought my car used with 74,000kms and did an oil change at 82,000km's... Getting up to the 95,000km range right now and due for another maintenance check. Since I haven't done any previous maintenance to this car, what do you guys suggest I have done to it? Are there any major things that should be replaced or looked at?? I don't have the regular Audi maintenance schedule.

6. When locking my car with the remote, the little beep that used to sound off to notify you that the car is locked no longer beeps - the car does lock but no beep.
Thanks guys... appreciate any and all feedback...

7. The odd time, when starting my car, it'll start and immediately die on me. I turn the key again and it starts up no problems. This only happens with my key. My wife's key never does this and I had Audi dealership check it out and they suspect it has to do with the security feature of the car (immobilizer)... In fact, last week when I tried starting the car and it died on me, the lights started flashing indicating the immobilization had kicked in. Is this something that has to be repaired through an Audi dealership because I understand they have to replace the entire key mechanism inside the steering wheel.

the alarm not beeping is just a fuse.

the esp/abs light is probably a loose sensor somewhere that comes slightly loose causing the light to come on, but with a hit of a bump or anything it touches the proper connections again and it comes off.

the armrest your just gonna have to deal with, or get a new armrest, theyre like 12 bucks at a junk yard. but most likely its a loose screw somewhere, try to find it and tighten it up.

put some wd40 on the armrest, it does wonders.

look at the control arms, tie-rod ends, driveshafts, leaks, grime around the dif-pods. and, air filter, pollen filter, oil filter, all of your lights, maybe a fuel filter aswell. these are all just comman sence, normal and frequent, checks.

to me, number 7 sounds like your letting off too quick on the key or not giving her any petrol (if its a manual) and the miss's key working is just a coinsidence.

and the 'abs light' means that the abs is automaticaly switched off becuase a fualt has been found.
best way to solve that problem is to take out all 3 fuses to the abs to disable it, that way theres no acidents on the road.

Any other feedback guys? Could really use some more suggestions/feedback. Someone on another forum thought that #6 was a faulty fuse, but I checked all the fuses in the fuse panel and none of them had a description indicating that it belonged to the horn for the anti-theft system. Also, I found it strange that the slots labeled for the fog lights didn't have a fuse yet the fog lights worked... found that rather strange.
