idk,, hmm..cause after i put about 5 dollars of it in my car cause i was at the 1/4 line my car started acting stupid, it wouldn't stay on. I made it home but barely, i actually had to roll with my caution lights on a few times cause my car just wouldnt go. Some guy that passed me said it might be that my catalytic converter has a clog and wont let the turbo work...??

Sounds like you accidentially pumped in some diesel. Crack open the gas cap and take smell it.

Usually you would drain the tank but since you only put it 5 bucks, i would fill it with gas and use an octane booster as well to balance the octane level.

Diesel has a cetane level to measure gas, but if you convert it, it would probably only be about 70 octane which is why it detonates like all hell.

"detonates like hell" yeah, that's possibly why my car is having so much trouble gettin pick up right..cause it was hell gettin it to get over 5 mph

*i figured that the gas i put in might have been bad, so i thought i'd try bp which is what i normally use..i put in about $15 dollars of that in...do you think if i just let my car idle for a bit it'd eventually equal out?
