so i had my test pipe inand went to shop to put back my cat so it had brand new screws and everything sohe snaped one of the bolts on to the turbo and cat so the bolt is snaped and stuck in the turbo and he charged me $50 bucks and wants to charge me another $50 to fix it he says he has to drillout the bolt from turbo. he fucked it up tho? i think he should fix it for ruining it right? he says its the bolts fault? but it was brand new. i dont want to pay nuthin he charged me $50 to just F*** up can i threatin him to fixit or im filea civil lawsuit or what should i do?

 

so he clampeda wrench type of thing to my cat and turbo thats what holden it on one side where he snaped the bolt aint that some ****

id love to see you go to the judge and tell him that you where paying somebody to fix your illegally modified car.

 

i think your going about this the wrong way. first of all i could barely understand what you said but from what i made out i would suggest you go and talk to the guy in a polite way and work something out.

if he snapped a bolt and it needs to be drilled out then thats his fault. any reputable mechanic should know that.

 

o the computer keyboard was messed up at work and made a quick post but yea he said he will fix it monday for $50 he snapped it today was tryen to make me feel guilty cuz he was workin on it for like 1 1/2 hours for $50 but he should and that customers have left causing him to lose money cuz he couldnt fix my car? he should of been honest and told me he dont work on audi's that idiot. but im koo messin wit people i dont know with my car?

yea im going to talk to the guy i was just heated when that happen and he didnt fix but he said he will tomarrow so ill see. he said he was going to drill it out. so well see
