Should I Buy
So i am new here. I am looking at buying a 2001 A4 With 48,000 miles on it. I was just wondering if there is anything that i should really look out for or keep in mind when buying it. any Really common problems i should look for? Any advise? Let me know
Welcome. I'm assuming your getting the 1.8T. The timing belt and associated parts should be changed around 60-70k, thats the big one. As the mileage nears 100k common potential problems are faulty temperature sensor, badly worn control arms, ABS module, and scrambled pixels in the instrument cluster. Other than that these cars are very reliable. Just follow the maintenance schedules and you'll be good.
The a4 is in absolute perfect condition and I have been searching for one for months and this one the best one i have found yet. No B6 withIN A 100 MILE RADIUS WITH GOOD MILES for 13. I got them down to 13 for this one
