Wow you must not drive in the GTA much or any big city to thta matter its all about how aggressive you can be to stay alive out there

Must not be from Ohio where you have on ramps right before off ramps. It never made sence to me why you would want every car getting on or off at that exit to have to criss-cross.

the website above is obviously dealing with Europe. Driving in Europe is very different than driving in the US and Canada. They take stupidity more seriously over there.
The only reason we are forced to drive in the center lane in the US is because other idiots do it. In the UK and beyond people are more respectful of the driving code and its more of a big deal when people ignore it. Its not uncommon to be pulled over by the cops in the uK for passing on the wrong side, or for staying in the passing lane when not passing.
