Does anyone know where i can find a Greedspeed snub mount for a 2004 1.8t FWD? is the older b5 gen snub mount going to fit? i really dont want an APR snub because i heard they vibrate alot and the install is a little more difficult.

 

they're all the same, 96-06, 1.8-3.0...

 

Yeah I don't think you'll have a problem. You can always shave it down until it fits. I have the PureMS one.

 

Does it matter which snub mount it is besides prices? PureMS ($20), APR ($50), GreedSpeed, ($15)

 

how do you like the PureMS? does it vibrate alot? is there a noticable difference in shifting?

 

all the snub mounts are pretty much the same thing...the greedspeed mount has a slightly different shape but the difference doesn't effect its performance...the apr mount is slightly larger than the others and in some cases will cause vibration (mostly just with tiptronic vehicles)

 

now to find out where to buy a 1.8t b6 greedspeed mount..

I cant find one for a b6 1.8t... i read somewhere that the 3.0 mount works aswell, but just wanted to confirm.

btw sorry for the threadjack... also in need of this and didnt want to remake a post.
