if i had a CEL on for the past year from my Test pipe. if i was experiencing a misfire would it still flash?..................

damn. cus it feels like a missfire and its not flashing[:@]

well, you could always go get the code pulled. whether or not it is flashing, it will pull a code for misfiring if it actually is. pretty simple solution to your problem there.
