spark plugs for B6 3.0L?
 

my B6 A4 V6 3.0 is at 52k miles and i think its time to change spark plugs. my mileage has been pretty bad, changed the oil last week, helped a little but i think just for preventive maintence its good to change the spark plugs. I need to know which spark plugs i should get. Is OEM the best for the 3.0? is there an aftermarket thats better? i have never "shopped" for spark plugs before so how do i know a certain spark plug will fit in my car? ALSO is this something i can do myself? is there a DIY?

mmhh how about coilpacks? where can i get those from? what type do i need?

i know the dealer has them, but i've never had to replace mine so i dunno if anyone else has them for cheaper.
