Default Standard equipment sticker.

Most vehicles have a sticker that lists the codes of the installed equipment. Does Audi? Where is it located and is there a list of codes and what they represent available online. I think our A4 came with Xenon headlamps but were cut out (wires at lamps butt-connected). Also I think it had a CD changer that was removed too. I want to find out what might be missing.

Not that it matters, the wife totaled it last week. She was in a single car accident and didn't get hurt. No airbags were deployed but the frame is bent badly. She hit one of those concrete barriers that keep you from going off an overpass. We are looking for another one and I want to be prepared and not get a 'stripped' vehicle.

All the audis are prewired for CD changer and have wiring and bracket in the trunk.

Remember, just because the car has a quattro plaque, doesn't mean that it has quattro (check under the car for a rear differential). Just because it has the sport steering wheel, doesn't mean that it has the sport package. And remember, until recently, the A4 came with Leatherette (ie vinyl) not leather.

And projector lenses don't mean Xenon lights.
