Sunroof motor keeps running even when it is closed

Sunroof motor keeps running even when it is closed
So today my sunroof was opened but appeared to be "stuck" - after finally getting it completely closed now (seemed that the cover was stuck) the motor appears to still be running constantly even when fully closed. Any ideas on this one? the car is a 2004 audi a4 sport.. manual trans.
