If I was you, I would just spray paint my windshield black. Then just hang your head out the side window. It would be real stealthy.

My buddy got mad at the tint shop for wanting $30 for a tint strip across the top of his windshield so he spray painted a black strip instead. Looks good except some overspray got on his hood.
My windows are 15% and the sunroof looks a little darker than that even.
