Suspension adjustment via VAG-COM?

Here is wat i found online, about audi suspension, it says that it can be dropped via vag-com, is that possible or not?

the allroad has electronically adjustable suspension - we don't

You must not have read this part:

What will you need?
A VAG-COM tool:software and cable available from Ross-Tech
A ruler or tape measure if you're looking for precise measurements
And of course, an Audi allroad
