Tape Deck
 

Hey guys. I'm having a little problem with my tape deck. I've been using a cassette adapter to play my iPod through my stereo and once in a while the tape deck will stop and try to reverse, like it reached the end of side A or whatever, but obviously this doesn't happen with the adapter. It interrupts the music for a second and then it just reverses again and starts playing normally. It's kind of annoying, so I was wondering if anyone had an idea as to what is wrong with it. I was thinking maybe it just needed to be cleaned? I dunno, thanks in advance.

Why dont you just get an fm signal amp for your ipod??

quality of fm signal is ASS..i had one and it used to cut on and off
go for the icelink and you will have cd quality

I have a new head unit already that I'll be able to hook the iPod into, but at the moment I don't have the time to do it myself or the money to have it done, so I was just looking for a temporary solution until I can put in the new head unit.
