TEST DROVE A B7 TODAY
there has to be a market for the car. if the auto manufacturer decides that he cannot make any money bringing the car over they will not. it could also not be street legal over here for one reason or another.
yea i think i've read about it few times in magazines, they could give us like 10 or 15 thousand of them see how it goes or w/e but o well i guess we'll have to deal with it, and i will have to wait until i go to Bosnia to drive one
i think theres a market the BMW 1 serese is coming out and they need something go against that
why only the 4door why not the 2door i had my eyes set on a A3 2.0TQ

yea but the 318 hatchback from BMW really sucked when it came out and there is a lot of hatchbacks across united states so the A3 might not do too well, thats why i think they should bring only about 10-15 thousand to test out see how they sell
The 3 door A3 would compete with existing markets of too many VAG cars already here in the US and Canada. Think about it - how much market share would such a move grab for Audi. Very little. Present Audi and VW owners might actually go to that car, but that does nothing for the company's profits (it might even hurt profits).
I can't see a hyundai or honda hatchback owner upscaling to a pricier A3. The majority of people in the west buy hatchbacks cuz they are less expensive. The A3 is an expensive hatchback.

why but why a wagon, i guess they dont car about us younger people anymore but of well, look at the C230 couple theres alot of those ugly suckers around (that thing looks like a cross between a CClass and a honda CRX [:'(])
The sportback wagon will do better because there is a larger BMW and Mercedes market to steal from, not to mention even the Mazda6(or even Mazda3) wagon. Sport wagons are back in style anyways - younger people are actually buying them, dude.
