Anyone have an opinion on tint ?

Anyone have an opinion on the manual window shades ? ( rear window , and also rear passenger windows )

The heat kills me. Anything to make it as cool as possible when I get in.

My car is Deep Sea Blue. What do 5% / 35% mean ? That's the amount of light that gets through ?
