Default tire presure

after the GTG i noticed that my front right tire is a bit low on presure comparing it to all other tires, but i dont know what the presure should be on my B6. i got 18" rims on 235/40 tires. does anyone know?

Not positive, but I think the tire pressure ratings are somewhere on the vehicle.
Either on the inside part of the door, on the door sill, or on the trunk somewhere?

Someone help me out here.

Also, they are definitely in the manual that comes with the car if you still have it laying around.

I suggest you run the max pressure rating on the tire -9 and if you find that too firm go - 11

My 19's are rated at 50psi and I run them at 41

it should say the maximum inflation pressure rating on the side of the tire. like mc hammered said you should be runnin bout 10 lower than that. a good rule to use is the vehicle weight divided by 100. so lets say your audi is 3000lbs. tire pressure should be about 30 psi. this is just a general rule though and going by the individual tire specs is better. since its only one wheel u could just use a tire guage to see what the other tires are at and match that.

I worked at a tire store for 3 years. On 18s with that tire you want between 38 and 40 psi.
