I traded in my A4 Ultra-sport today (with my michelin winter tires and wheels.) The dealership wasn't going to give me enough $ for the 18" RS4 wheels, so I planned on selling them soon separately. But I forgot the spare was in the trunk.

I know they're entitled to having a spare (a full sized one, at that) being it's Quattro. But the RS4 is part of my set they didn't buy. A friend of mine is the service mgr. and got me a great deal, but I'm not sure if I have the right to get this wheel back. I've asked him but haven't heard back yet.

Any ideas/suggestions? Anyone run into a similar experience? Thank You..
