Trading the 2.8 for a 1.8T
What do u guys think about this. Can i get a 1.8T to 0-60 in 5.5 and 1/4 mi in 13.5? How much could i actually get for my car? Its got around 80,000 mi and a 2 dings in it. most of overall do u think it would be worth it? I would try to buy a 1.8T the one with 170 HP and get xenon, no front license plate and heated seats (not very iportant). How would would i be making to use for mods?
well sports car revolution just did a special on a B6 and got it to 340hp and 0-60 in 4.9. It was hooked up mostly by APR and Stasis. So it can definitely be done but obviously with quite a bit of money.
Your probably looking under 10 grand for your car. I've been doing some research for a friend and have found a couple 98 and 99's for about 9 grand and lower miles.

As far as the 0-60 a chip will put you in the high 6s. And a chip, full exhaust, short shift should throw you right into the 5's. As for 1/4 mile hard to say. Our cars dont have the best 1/4 miles
. Def go for the 1.8 though man.
