How much wud it cost to buy a whole new trunk ( the part that lifts up ) because mine has a huge dent on it , or if even possible how much wud it cost to fix a huge dent ; denting in the side of the trunk which is right beside the licent place?

PS its a 1999 A4 quattro

depends on how much you wanna spend, If I had the cash and a reson to replace my trunk these would be the two that I would choose between

or the OEM A4/S4 Euro Trunk lid *LINKY*

I'm no body-shop, but i would guesstimate the cost for repair to be around $300 after they either pull or fill the dent, prime, and paint.

I don't know what trunks go for, but you could pick one up from someone who is parting out their car. But the drawback could be that the used trunkhas imperfections that you deem as needing fixed, and then you're back to square one.

Take it to a shop and get an estimate. Ask your local Audi dealer what shop they use.

That S4 lid looks beautiful. I think it's pretty aggresive how he debadged everything except for the S4 badge -- even that has more prestige than the Audi rings themselves.

Depends on where you go, prices etc. You could always try a junk yard and luck out with a paint match. I had a gauge in my driver side rear quarter panel which i had fixed and repainted for 350 and they did a perfect job. Look up shops and read reviews.

yea just wait for someone around here of zine to bart out a car.. theres no reason to pay mass abouts for a euro trunk, then pay shipping

yes, i think its in the neghiborhood of like 1500 shipped though
