Default Turn signal light wont turn off

I have a 98 audi A4 2.8 30v Q, and the passenger signal light wont work if i have the parking or headlights on. But they work fine when my headlights are off. and when i have my headlights on and go outside, my signal lights light up constant (no flashing). This is just on the passenger side. i checked the bulbs, and even changed them, still no luck. anyone have any suggestions. thank you..

This is my only car, and i cant drive it at night with the headlights on, cuz the turnsignal stays on constant when the headlights are on. and i'll get stopped for sure.

I would guess the turn signal relay located in the hazard button.

okay so i got the relay out. unpluged it, and turned on the lights. and still the same thing. when i turn on my headlights the bllinker lights on the passenger sides turn on but stay on constant. I'm guessing that the parking light wires tapped into the passenger side blinker lights somehow. but im not sure. what do u think??
