Default tweaking a KO4

Just a quick question.

Where I work they rebuild turbo's, so...since I have a brand new KO4 in my trunk, I was wondering if there was anything I could do to it to get a bit more power out of it and still be able to run the PC-16 file with it? I posted this in general tech but didn't get much for hits, thought I'd try here. I want to p&p, ceramic coat, clip, and whatnot, but will my computer be able to compensate for the increased flo?

I dont think you can do much, you can take it apart and have the housing coated, that makes them flow a tad better and keeps the heat down..other than that i dont know..

sounds like what I did.. I used a magnaflow muffler sounded sweet.. 2.5inch is good, I think anything more with a test pipe would flow to much.. you need a little back presure.. with my set up i would chirp all 4 tires when the turbo spooled it was nice..

its definatly loud.. trust me.. louder then a borla set up, and it tends to drone a bit on the highway.. you will want a resinator after a few weeks

I can live with a little drone....hopefully the exhaust note and engine sound will cancel each other out lol. I'm sadly used to ricer drone so this shouldn't be too bad.
