vacuum lines?

quick question, the small line that runs from the dv to the solenoid or switch under the intake seems to always come loose and i loose
performance. is this line a vaccum line or is it pressurized?

both times i have installed new clamps to secure them but they work loose.

the connection under the intake is a b!tch[sm=headbang.gif]

RE: vacuum lines?

I think you are describing the line that redirects air from the DV back into the intake manny. If so, it is pressurized. Have you replaced the actual line in addition to the clamps?

Correct, I gotta do a little digging myself this summer and replace most(if not all) of my vaccum line. Got a leak somewhere..gonna be fun to find [8D]

so let me get this right.

you guys are saying this tiny hose running from the top of the dv to the switch or solenoid under the intake is carrying boost
back to the intake?

if this is the case what are the other two larger hoses connected to the dv doing?

this doesnt make sense to me
