i got the cable from ebay i put all the drivers in my computer and when i do the test it says port status ok interface not found and i canot do nothing else all the drivers got instaled succesfully and im using the 409.1 version

 

If you have the software installed into your computer and it says you can't communicate with the vehicle the cable is no good, stay away from e-bay! Try to get your money back and buy one from AWE tuning or somehwere trusted.

 

Just confirming you have it hooked up to car and ignition on. I have the cheap ebay cable. You will need to buy the license($99.00) if you want to do much of anything.
