do the RMPs drop? It has hard on the power steering pump if you cut the wheel all the way in either direction. It has potential to destroy the pump.

By the way, mine will shutter too if I turn too far.

You will always feel a shudder when you turn the wheel on a car with power steering to the stops. Try it in your driveway when not moving...you'll feel a pulsing in the steering wheel. If the vibration is real bad it could be any number of things...power steering pump, bushings in control arms (although you should be able to notice worn control arm bushings from mild vibration when driving straight...feels similar to warped rotors only much milder)...just to name two.
