Default vibrations

I've noticed that the vibrations from my engine are much more noticeable now. I used to feel it in the clutch medal, which i figured was pretty normal, but now I can definately sense it in the head rest. It's anoying as all hell when I'm driving. This doesn't seem normal. What is going wrong? What could be loose?

Thanks in advance

Could be work engine mounts.

Have you done any mods to the car or suspension?

No, only dreaming about moding. I was thinking about the engine mounts but realistically can they come loose?
