Ya very possible, but for you, you would need a level10 tranny upgrade w/ tip chip if you are seeking that kind of power since you are tip.

Ya, the stock tip/auto tranny can only handle about 250-270 tq reliably. With a level10 valve body upgrade you can go to 400tq reliably but it still wont be the most comfortable shifting tranny. The tip chip just reduces the lag between shifts that youve probably noticed. Some call it a "slosh box."

yes an SRT-4 is within reach, with my previous set up I could run with them and depending on how good they were i could beat a few and thats with the stock turbo so run a k04 or a 2871rs and you will have no probs at all

Oh i thought an sr-t had more power than a chipped 1.8t w/mods. Maybe you dont need the level10 then.

this is ofcourse assuming the srt4 is stock, a modded srt-4 is another story correct? I am just trying to feel out what i can and can't do.

id still suggest a level ten when trying to do anything with an auto past a k04..... and yea they have more power but i was running GIAC, Borla 2.5, testpipe, N75H, and intake so I was able to pull on them once in a while but they were bone stock so its kinda gay that I had to do all that just to keep up with them

my uncle works for dodge and says they stopped making them because way too many punk azz kids were blowing the motors. He worked the warrenty dept and was told after a while that they were no longer going to warranty the srt-4 so they scrapped it. He said almost everyone that a kid bought came back with the engine in pieces
