What happens when you catch 4ft of air in the audi?!?!?
I was down visiting my cousin and we are just having fun cruising down one of the dirt roads down there doing, and we come to this hill and when I come over it, there is a hole the size of my car that cant be avoided. My front end basically digs into it and then launches the car. We probably got 4 ft of air......but now the car is not fairing so well. I am in the process of sueing the county that this happened at, bc apparently that hole has been complained about many times, and nothing has been done about it. here is what I know is wrong. Cracked oil pan, bent/broken ac lines and ps lines, front bumper, fenderwell, cracked radiator, cracked ac condensor, broken evaporator, crushed fmic, not to mention anything else that is wrong.

No, the road you saw is a 1/4 mile away from the hole/hill spot. That is where I coasted to a stop, and realized I had busted a hole in the oil pan, hence the big dark spot on the road. As for the suspension/steering, I havent gotten the car up on a lift to look at it yet. Like I said it just happened yesterday, and I towed the car to a friends house and that is where it is now. I will post a pic of the hole later today when I get home.

Oh i see now... Make sure to check body panel lines and door jams in case of major frame damage.

Just asked a lawyer about your situation-
Bad news
The city is not liable for a pot hole on a road like that any more than they would be if a county fence snagged you and gave you tetnus. He said no one from the city forced you to be driving that road and they can also argue that you hit something else. I would try to get something written by a lawyer (the most feared in your town) or at least use his letterhead to tell them your intentions. Then pose that an out of court settlement of nothing less than x will be acceptable.
