Definately not rolled fenders, what did they do, roll the door edge too??
I've rolled fenders beyond that, but you'll never get (or want) a crease such as that, its either welded metal, or fiberglass. and someone stated above its fiberglass.

i realy like the hood. but seriously is there a cheaper and easier route to getting the wider fender look for these cars?
i don't really feel up to fiberglass and bondo work on this car.... it's nota honda
