what kinda soap u use to wash ur car
mcguires gold class.....if you don't use mcguires you don't love your car :-p i use there wax, interior and leather products. All are better hands down than anything else I have tried.
Meguiars Gold Class here. Its the best stuff ive ever used on a car. I waxed it once about 2 months ago and i use wax as you dry stuff. Its holding up pretty well. But i can see another coat coming along..
As for soap Meguiars is the best! IMO

If you guys are claiming meguiars as the best... you couldn't have tried that much out there. I mean, the stuff isn't awful... but there are definately better brands out there. Go to a car show or something, ask what those guys use.

oh ... i have to add to this thread ... Mother's Clay Bar ... the absolute BEST thing you can do to your original paint job.
Well once again I object... mother's is absolute crap. Their wax and polish takes FOREVER to put on, and take off... compared to any quality product. I actually own the mothers claybar, but it is nothing special as far as claybars go -- though it isn't as crap as their wax... I work at a detail shop, so I have access to a lot of stuff... and for some people mothers and meguiars might be fine... but honestly, no matter what anybody says.... no wax lasts longer than a couple months -- so I'll use the stuff that I can have on and off the car in 30 - 45 minutes...
Mothers has some new lineup of like "pro" stuff... the bottles look so cool that I want to try them. :P

I do however respect in some way the fact that mothers and meguiars have gotten to where they are... but I definately believe they have cut corners in the mass manufacturing of their products. My biggest gripe is mothers "3 stage" cleaner, polish, and wax... I used to use it religiously, when I was 18 and had my corvette... it looked great! But the stuff took a good 3 hours to complete... and it wore off within the same month or two that any wax does.
Can you get Zaino in USA? I think you guys can... it's pretty good stuff, VERY easy to put on, and take off. The stuff I use in the shop isn't available in USA.

For washing I use Meguiars...and for Tire Shine...and sometimes on the interior...for the blackwall you have to use Bleche White...but when it comes to waxing I use Rejex...Blows Meguiars away and lasts a hell of a lot longer...plus it's great for your wheels too...I saw it on some Porsche afficianado page and ordered it from somewhere with a micro applicator and towel for like $30...I doubt I'll use anything ever again...cuz I doubt anything works as good as this...
