Update:
Took off the intake hose. No cracks or anything wrong with it.I hooked up everything andtook itfor a drive. It had boost and the turbo wasspooling great for about a min. Soclose!!!Def seems like it might be a wastegate problem. So im going to pick up a vacuum pump tomorrow to test the wastegate actuator diaphram for leaks. Also hopingthat if the wastegate is stuckopen the vacuum pump will pull it closed.Wish me luckI def need it!!

Well I think Ifound the problem. The new turbo that I bought had this metal piece to keep the bolts on the wastegate arm from moving well i was feeling around and the metal piece was wedged against the heat shield that is between the turbo and the engine. Ive done some prying to get the arm free hopefully it works!!
