WOW. It was just some hoses... totally chewed through. Now, I am getting full boost. Let me tell you, I was skeptical at first with the chip, I didnt think it was enough power. Now that the turbo is boosting fully into the engine and not to the ground... all I can say is WOW! My car is a completely different car now because of those 2 hoses. Thanks for all your help.
