Wheel SAGA continues...once again
Today, I call the tire place to see if my wheel is finally in, which it was. Excited that this would be the end of a 7 month saga, I said I could come in the afternoon to get them mounted on the car. The guy says yes. Within the next 15 minutes, he calls back and says, "actually, ur going to have to wait till tomorrow because we actually damaged your tire the last time we took it off the wheel. Another will be here tomorrow, free of charge of course." After I got off the phone, all I could do was wonder. If they damaged it two weeks ago, why wouldn't they have ordered another replacement immediately. this thing just gets better and better. And now, I'm sure all of u are sufficiently annoyed at me for posting these random posts, but I had to let everybody know that hopefully tomorrow, I will FINALLY be posting some pics.
No, this needs to go to the better business bureau as I've sad before. I mean come on! I hate companies like this. When I order my ipod adapter the company told oh yea no problem you'll have the sat radio too. then they call me back a week latter saying the harness for sat isn't available. They should have known that at the most a day latter, so I end up having to wait almost an additional week to get it. WTH, I don't know what some of these companies are thinking. I call it incompetence. I don't know how long wheels should take, but I really think you should get a 100% refund and then take your business elsewhere.
