Default Who makes better coilovers?

Koni or Tein.

Everyone raves about the TEIN BASICS ($750ish) and the SS ($1,050ish) coilovers because they're at a pricepoint that makes sense for most people.
I just came across these KONI coilovers (*LINK IS HERE*) and they look to be comparable to the TEIN SS set.

Any feedback here as far as how they compare and who offers better value / performance for the money?

Thanks!

p.s. If there's sort of an "industry standard" as far as rankings for coilovers or suspension in general, I'd love to hear it.
For instance:

1. Porsche
2. Audi
3. Honda
4. Hyundai
5. Bicycle
6. Feet

Most all would agree on this order.....

The Koni's have always had a good rep, infact that might be the route I'm going. That or H&R if I want to spend the extra dough.

EDIT: Aren't the Tein's only for FWD? Or do you hvae to get S4 c/o's or something? Mayyybe I'm crazy, but thats what i remember.

h&r is a good german based company. but like miked said, they are a tad extra. i do think that koni makes great suspension for cars though, you've got a tough decision to make.

KONI makes a very good coilover set. Here's some things that make them a little less attractive.
The height adjuster on the front coil does not operate very smooth, it makes adjusting the height in front fairly cumbersome and difficult.

The shocks must be removed from the car to adjust rebound damping.

Otherwise, the ride from them is very good. It's a mild upgrade from stock, and great for a daily driver.
