most likely would void warranty of the MAF sensor, part of the EVAP system, maybe blame a turbo failure for it. if they want to fight you they can blame it for anything

ok thanks. ill just wait till the warranty ends then. ive already had the engine replaced once under warranty about 5k miles ago so im definitely not trying to void it in case something else happens.

Probably. In order to stay in warranty your not supposed to modify anything!!!!! Rims can void your warranty, intake, exhaust. Anything. Its stupid but everything they warranty is based on the the usual wear and tear due to everyday use with other oem products. In adding 3rd party products you are changing everything.

Last time i checked, most intakes, exhaust, or other minor bolt ons dont void warrenties. They really dont change the way the car performs like adding/upgrading aturbo would.

They technically do void warranty just most dealerships wont bust your ***** about it. Inorder to mantain warranty you must not alter the any of the vehiclem oem parts. My uncle works warranty for dodge. Even if you get a factory wheel upgrade from the dealer it could still void your warranty. If something bad happened and legal action was taken the dealership could argue you were out of wawrranty and they would win. like I said some things the dealership just doesnt care about but if the shiznit hit the fan they have pocket aces trust me

Then keep the stock parts and reinstall them if you go to the dealer.

If you are going ot get an intake for anything other than sound, don't bother. Did you notice you already have a ram-air type setup anyways? Take away that and add a cone filter and you'll make it a hot air intake. You will actually lose performance. If you want some more sound without sacfrificing any power, just use a K&N drop-in
