First off I pulled into the parking area to take my series 7 test and the bearior was kroocked so when i pulled in my bumper got cought on i and craked my s4 fromt bumper.. partially my fault i needed to replace one of the bumper guards.. well i failed my test and i came home to fix my s4 front bumper to find oil leaking out of my intercooler..
Now to me that usally only means one thing.. my turbo is beat.. or it could just be the blow by from my bad valve seals.. but i would asume my gt28rs days are numbered.. what a shiiity day..

yea man it sucks.. would asume my seals are beat in the turbo it there is oil in the intercoler right?

 

Im not really the one to answer (turbo's are still new2me) But if i were to take a guess i would say that you are right.

 

i can't think of any other way that oil would get in your intercooler. whatever it is, its gotta be coming from the turbo.

 

Did you inspect the turbo to see if oil is on it also?

 

yea outlet pipe is wet on the turbo but i do know that I also get oil on the inlet from my valve seals it dosnet look like anything more then usual on the outlet so it might just be from the seals.. i wont really know till i take the whole thing apart i a few weeks

 

Geez man.. Its one thing after another... I had oil on my turbo outlet pipe/hose because it was lose. Did you check the clamp on it?

 

Check your PCV valve and your turbo intake pipe. For some reason I just found that I have oil coming in befor the turbo from it. Don't really know why.
