Xenon Lights

I have a 2004 audi a4 quattro 1.8T and i want to get xenon lights put in. Is it possible just to buy the xenon bulbs and replace the stock ones or do I have to buy a whole kit? And if i do where do I get that is there a website? If anyone could let me know that would be great!

Xenon is 'HID Like'... Real HID's come with the ballasts...

Most peeps think they are getting HID, when they are only buying the Xenon's...
