you can not find a bulb that looks like exactly as xenon lights, becuase the light temperature, but the nearest are the PIAA bulbs, second the hella bulbs, i used the first one until i bought an original xenon kit, but i recomends the hella 70w maximum (not expensive)

in this link you can find all the piaa bulbs and the silvania bulbs, you can compare the kelvin temperature of each bulb:

xenon hid: 4800k to 12000k
halogen: 3000k to 6000k

higher k´s bluer, lower k´s yellow
