Default Yet another stereo question

I have a 98 b5 with the delta non bose stereo. I need more power to the rears than what I have now. I wondered if anyone has replaced the integrated amp in the drivers rear speaker with a upgraded amp and used the same wiring?

definately search out an audio/ car audio specialty store. They'll hook you up, but just so you know car audio is EXPensive

yea you can do it no prob it sounds amazing too, the bose speakers sound so much better with a good amount of power to them, very crisp and clear with great mid bass, but you will need a sub to really get the thump

this is what i did, white is the remote (i also have a 2000 1.8t) might be diff for u, i ran my own power from the battery. spliced from the rear speakers wires with rcas ran them to my amp, connected them back to the speakers and it sounds great. use a volt meter to find out which is ur remote.
