Recently bought a 99 A6 quattro and am having a blast driving it specially with our recent over 10 inches of snow here in Wisonsin.

My question is I've noticed that the oil gauge moves very little to the right even after 15 minutes of driving. Is the gauge suppose to be in the middle or 12 oclock position? What is the proper oil reading when the engine reaches its normal operating temp? Also the battery gauge is around 15 or 16. Is this right? No MIL on

Currently in the shop for a tstat. Can't wait to get it back!
