Hmm...

Chip = $750 (Best power gain out there)
Suspension = $800 (Tighter Ride)
Custom 2.5" Catback = $500 - $800 (Get 2.5" Piping Cat Back to mufflers *add resonators for less drone*)
Sway Bars = $450 (Apparently these tighten up the car a lot)

I have a GIAC Chip and a 2.5" catback and I love my car a lot more

wheels/tires will eat up half of that. but i'd definitely do those. assuming you are happy with your wheels...

H&R rear stab. ($215)
H&R sport springs. ($240)
GIAC (get this after your other engine mods so you can have it specifically tuned for your setup)($550)
piggie DP's ($400)
APR exhaust ($1200)
forge 007 DV's ($135 x 2)
CAI ($475)

you'll have about $650 left over. evolution intercoolers would be next on my list.

Save some of the $4G's. You have an Audi....there will be plenty of repairs and maintenance later that will eat that up QUICK! Trust me!

$4k and VAST don't go hand in hand. $12k and then maybe you can drop your car off at VAST. For that amount of dough i would just buy suspension, and save the rest for repairs. When you save up about $8k i would go stage 3.

H&R coilovers, I have them on my car and it made it a new car (1100-1200), piggy pipes 400, stage 2 flash 500-600 bucs, you could look into intercoolers as well or a front mount. If you get a front mount you would have enough for repairs in the future (1k).

For an A6, H&R coilovers. Maybe a anti roll bar or two as well.
