Default 1998 A6 C5 2.8, engine problems

It has happened sometimes that the engine have problems to fire up but today the engine fired up normally and after that the car was rolling very slowly out from the parking lot even at normal rpm, like the engines didn't have power to do that. The engine was not going smooth, the rpm was increase and decreasing. then the car slowed down a little bit so i pressed the throttle to increase rpm but the car just moved like a feet very slowly so i had to press the brake pedal to rev up the engine to like 3000 RPM and then release the brake pedal so the car could roll back to the parking lot. I could hear that the engine made some strange noise, not sure how to explain, like it was misfire ring. I made a video where you can hear it.

When i go to the car and fire her up the RPM is 600 (to low). The car is shaking very much not only inside the car but the engine it self. And when i'm revving her to about 2000 RPM and then release the throttle the RPM decreases to 500 and the car is shaking even more.
